Yes. We can build the asset, fit it out, hand it over with full O&M documentation, and then supply and manage the hospitality or facility teams that operate it — so you deal with a single accountable partner.

Both. We can second individual skilled tradespeople to your project, or provide fully managed crews with supervision, payroll, documentation and HSE handled by us.

From a single‑floor office fit‑out or villa renovation up to multi‑storey residential, commercial, industrial and mixed‑use buildings. If a job is outside our capacity or expertise, we will say so up front.

Every project gets a dedicated project manager, a resourced baseline programme, a cost plan with agreed change procedures, and a single weekly report. There is one point of contact and no surprises.

HSE is non‑negotiable. Every site has a documented HSE plan, inductions for all workers, regular toolbox talks, PPE enforcement and incident reporting. Our target is zero lost‑time incidents on every project.

We work to a quality plan with inspection hold points, material approvals and a structured snagging and de‑snagging process before handover, supported by as‑built and O&M documentation.

For most roles we can mobilise screened, trained staff within a few weeks; urgent requirements can often be supported faster from our existing pool. Lead time depends on volume, location and the SOPs we need to train to.
